These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sonadecare.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from CM Pets LLC, doing business as Sonade ("Sonade," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. We currently sell and ship only within the United States.

Products, Pricing, and Availability We try to display our products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without notice. We may limit quantities purchased per person or per order, and we may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll issue a refund. Comparison or "was" prices refer to the regular price at which we offer that product, or the sum of the regular prices of the items in a bundle.

Orders and Payment When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. Payment must be received before we ship. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Promotions and Discounts Promotional offers, discount codes, and bundles are subject to their stated terms, may be changed or discontinued at any time, and cannot be combined unless we state otherwise.

Shipping and Returns Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return & Refund Policy, each available on the Site and incorporated into these Terms.

Product Use and Safety Our products are cleaning appliances for oral appliances such as night guards, retainers, aligners, and dentures. Please read and follow this section carefully.

Not a medical device. The Sonade and the Sonade UV Case are consumer cleaning appliances. They are not medical devices, are not sterilizers, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Not dental advice. Nothing on this Site is medical or dental advice, and our products are not a substitute for professional dental care or for following your dentist's or orthodontist's instructions. If you have questions about your specific appliance or your oral health, consult your dentist.

Follow the instructions. Read and keep the instructions supplied with your device. Do not immerse the base unit in water, do not operate the unit dry, do not look directly at UV-C light sources, and do not use with solvents, bleach, or cleaning agents not intended for oral appliances.

Inspect before use. Stop using the device and contact us if it becomes damaged, if the power cord is frayed, or if it behaves unexpectedly. There are no user-serviceable parts inside; do not disassemble it.

Keep out of reach of children. Our products are intended for use by adults.

Intellectual Property The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Sonade name and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce our content or marks without our prior written permission. Third-party brand names referenced on the Site are used only to describe compatibility and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Reviews and Submissions If you send us a review, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours and doesn't infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

Prohibited Uses You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Third-Party Links The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Disclaimer of Warranties The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except for any guarantee we expressly offer (such as the Sonade Guarantee).

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonade and CM Pets LLC, and their owners, employees, and partners, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CM Pets LLC and Sonade from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
